Fogarty Beach Collage

OK, per Heather's request I've posted a small collage of photos taken at Fogarty Beach (South of Lincoln City). We had a good time at the beach, the weather was nice at the moment, Ruthie found a fistfull of seashells and the kids had fun throwing sticks and rocks into the water. The picture of Kaelin was taken as she was trying to pick up a big rock to throw back into the surf; there's just something about this picture that reminds me of Morgan.

Vacation and more!

Well, the Domans just got back from Kennewick and then Lincoln City with Mom and Dad (or Ruthie and Jeff to some of you!) It was an eventful trip! There aren't many vacations (or at least one would hope not many) where one of the participants has to have surgery on a finger upon returning home. Yes, Tom has a crush injury to his left ring finger and will be having pins put in it next Wednesday. Let this be a lesson to you all, don't try to juggle Bocci balls!
Lincoln City, OR was lots of fun even though the weather didn't cooperate for the first couple of days. We had a good time and ate lots of yummy chowder and fish n chips. We did a little whale watching, a little shopping, and some beach playing. Maybe my Dad can post a picture of Fogarty Beach since I don't have those right at hand.
Tonight upon arrival home we got a phone call that Evan had won "Best in Show" for his chicken drawing in the American Fork Steel Days art festival. He won 50 bucks! Way to go Evan!
